Victor (Eric Braeden) sent a quietly ominous message, signaling that he was still very much in control even as pressure mounted around him. Sharon (Sharon Case) spent time counseling Noah (Lucas Adams), who struggled with fear, guilt, and the weight of recent events tied to Matt (Roger Howarth). Meanwhile, Nick (Joshua Morrow) unexpectedly found himself in the driver’s seat, both literally and figuratively, with Matt as he took on a more active role in managing the situation, setting the stage for choices that would soon carry serious consequences.

Nikki quietly conspired with Michael (Christian Le Blanc), looking for a way to stop Victor without openly confronting him. Their shared concern created an unusual alliance built on secrecy and caution. Elsewhere, Lily (Christel Khalil) sent Cane (Billy Flynn) mixed signals that left him hopeful one moment and frustrated the next, and she left town. Diane (Susan Walters) had no patience left, openly bristling at what she saw as Jack’s (Peter Bergman) misplaced loyalty to Nikki, and questioning whether that loyalty was putting their entire strategy at risk.

Kyle (Michael Mealor) helped Jack secure Matt, which gave them real leverage against Victor, shifting the balance of power in a way that finally gave Jack something tangible to work with. At the same time, Phyllis and Cane switched gears, moving from emotional fallout into something far more strategic and potentially destructive. Across town, Audra (Zuleyka Silver) and Holden (Nathan Owens) agreed to a tentative fresh start, attempting to put old resentments aside.

Jack presented Victor with a shocking offer of Matt in exchange for the AI that reframed their entire conflict and forced Victor to react, rather than dictate. The move carried high stakes and left little room for compromise. Meanwhile, Nick suffered a setback physically after his accident. Phyllis encouraged Cane to lean into his darker instincts, nudging him toward choices that promised power and revenge but also risked pushing him further away from the people he still claimed to care about.

Victor and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) received news about Nick’s crash that left them rattled and uncertain about how secure their position really was. Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) questioned Daniel (Michael Graziadei) with pointed intensity about Tessa (Cait Fairbanks). At the same time, Nick’s plan involving Matt took a dangerous turn when it moved from theory into action. What had seemed strategic suddenly became risky, as the line between control and chaos blurred in ways Nick could no longer easily manage.
