On today’s Young and the Restless (Friday, September 19, 2025), Cane’s secret plan takes shape as he pulls Phyllis, Amanda, and Michael

deeper into his scheme against Genoa City’s power players. While Billy rages after being cut loose, Daniel confides in his father about

Mariah and Tessa, and Lauren begins to suspect Michael is hiding the truth from her.

 

 

Cane wants her to get ahold of Phyllis and Michael. They’re moving forward with their original plan.

Amanda calls Phyllis and tells her to get to the train car immediately. Phyllis agrees and heads over.

Cane says it’s time… They’re about to launch an attack on every major company in Genoa City!

Lauren was out of town for a few days finding wedding dresses for Christine. She tries to get Michael’s attention, but he’s distracted. She asks what’s on his mind.

 

 

Michael says everything’s great. He tells her to call Christine and put off their meeting until tomorrow… They can spend the evening alone! His phone rings… It’s Amanda. He ignores the call, but it pings with a message she’s left. “Cane needs to see you. It’s urgent.”

Lauren asks who tried to get ahold of him, and he says that it was a political message. Her phone dings with a notification a moment later. It’s Christine, who can’t wait to see her dresses!

Lauren looks at her phone.

Michael says she should go see Christine. He’ll make a fancy romantic dinner for them later!

Lauren agrees. She leaves the restaurant, but looks back distrustfully.

Michael sends a response to Amanda. “On my way.”

Christine tells Danny that Lauren will be there soon with her dresses; she can’t wait to see what she’s picked out for her!

Christine Blair laughs as she talks to her fiance, Danny.

Danny is excited too. They joke about their wedding cake.

They kiss, and Daniel walks into the cafe. “Get a room!”

Danny notices the look on his son’s face and wonders what’s wrong.

Daniel says everything is fine… He’s just exhausted from helping Lucy with her chemistry homework. His brain is fried!

Danny grins. Chemistry can do that! He can’t wait to marry the love of his life!

Christine says their wedding will be in November.

Cane figures Michael will respond when he sees her text, since he’s paying him so well!

Phyllis swaggers in and says she’s eager and ready to execute her first steps! She says Cane doesn’t need another attorney since Amanda is so good. She asks if everything is on track… Did everything work out with his kids?

Phyllis asks how Billy took the news… Will she have to hire a bodyguard?

Cane shrugs. Billy’s out, and he’ll be fine.

Phyllis nods. Billy has his own agenda, which would eventually crash with theirs.

Cane reminds her it’s his agenda.

Phyllis asks how they proceed.

Amanda says they don’t proceed until Michael gets there.

Lauren walks into the cafe and meets with Christine. She tells her that she’ll take her over to Marchetti, where she has the dresses stored. She tells Danny that he won’t see the dress before the wedding.

Christine and Lauren smile as they talk to Danny.

Danny grins. He wants to be surprised!

Christine gives Danny a kiss and leaves with Lauren to see the dresses.

Danny asks his son to tell him what’s really going on since they’re alone now.
