Yellowstone star Kelly Reilly’s “impressive” and “shocking” horror is leaving UK streamer very soon
If you’re looking for an “impressive” and “shocking” horror movie to watch this Halloween, then Prime Video has got you covered. Kelly Reilly’s Eden Lake is currently available to watch on the streaming service in the UK.
But with Christmas just around the corner, horror fans will have to be quick as the movie has been added to Prime’s ‘expiring in the next 30 days’ section. In fact, according to JustWatch, there are only 16 days left to stream Eden Lake before it is removed.

The 2008 British movie follows couple Jenny Greengrass and Steve Taylor as they embark on a romantic getaway at Eden Lake. However, their cosy retreat is interrupted when a local gang of belligerent teenagers begin to target them.
The pair become trapped in a sinister game of cat-and-mouse all across town, as the violent youths terrorise and attack them. Meanwhile, the unwitting parents continue to defend their children – leading to devastating consequences.
Eden Lake stars Yellowstone’s Reilly as Jenny, while Michael Fassbender plays her other half Steve. They are joined by Skins’ Jack O’Connell, This Is England’s Thomas Turgoose, Time’s Jumayn Hunter and Midsomer Murders’ Shaun Dooley.
Directed and written by James Watkins, the movie holds a 76% score on Rotten Tomatoes from 33 reviews. Critics praised the suspense-filled horror, with Time Out describing the ending as “well earned and genuinely shocking”.
“It’s the latest proof that, when it comes to scary movies at least, the British film industry is alive and screaming,” wrote Metro.
“This looks to me like the best British horror film in years: nasty, scary and tight as a drum,” said the Guardian, while The Times called it: “a claustrophobic marvel, and an impressive debut by Watkins.”
Empire Magazine added: “You don’t watch it, you survive it. A battering experience, and the hardest Brit horror in years.”
Elsewhere, Reilly is set to front the upcoming Yellowstone spin-off The Dutton Ranch, which will focus on fan-favourite characters Beth Dutton (Reilly) and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser). The show will see the couple trying to manage the ranch while navigating financial difficulties.
