Eager to know who’s leaving and joining The Bold and the Beautiful cast from January 5 to 9? This long-running soap opera has kept viewers engaged with its interesting storylines, strong cast performances, and dramatic plot twists.

 

 

It centers on the Forrester family, whose fashion empire remains at the forefront. Beyond their fame-filled lives, they face a series of personal and professional challenges. It’s common for soap operas to welcome new and familiar faces while bidding adieu to existing ones.

The character first appeared in June 2004 and has been played by several actors over the years, like Anthony Turpel, Mace Coronel, Jack Horan, and Ridge Perkett. The most recent one to portray R.J. Forrester was Joshua Hoffman, whose run came to an end in 2024. Now, Nicoletti is set to play the role of Brooke and Ridge’s son (via Soap Opera Digest).

In a recent interview with TV Insider, Bradley Bell, executive producer and lead writer, introduced new signings, Sydney Bullock and Nicoletti. He said, “We have a new group of young characters being featured. We’ve signed Sydney Bullock as Miss Dylan and Brayan Nicoletti playing R.J. Forrester. We’re at a great time in the show where you have that next generation to play with their core family members.”

He further shared what fans could expect with the R.J. storyline. “We will have another Spencer/Forrester rivalry with Will and RJ, so that’s going to be some fun. Years ago, when R.J. and Will were born, we thought, ‘Well, we’re never going to be around to see these guys acting as adults against one another,’ and here we are,” he added.

In a recent interview, a The Bold and the Beautiful writer revealed the name of the new actor who’ll portray R.J. Forrester. Additionally, the writer teased the storyline that they’ve planned for R.J. in the coming months.

Bradley Bell, The Bold and the Beautiful’s executive producer and lead writer, announced that Brayan Nicoletti will be playing R.J. Forrester, played by Josh Hoffman from 2023 to 2024. He also revealed that Sydney Bullock will be playing Miss Dylan.

The Daytime Emmy-winning writer also provided some details on the storyline surrounding Miss Dylan and R.J. “Now that Luna is dead, it’s smooth sailing for Will and Electra, but that begins to see some bumps in the road,” Bell explained. “They know Miss Dylan is living in her car, so they’re going to find a little place for her to stay at the beach house until she gets her footing and finds that next teaching job.”
