The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, January 5, reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will have a surveillance plan, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will take charge and Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge) will follow orders.

For starters, Noah will continue to panic over Sienna Bacall’s (Tamara Braun) safety since Matt’s demanding $5 million within the hour.

 

 

Noah will worry about what’ll happen if Matt doesn’t get his money in time or that he’ll kill Sienna anyway once the money’s transferred.

Nick will do his best to settle Noah down since Victor has a scheme to take care of everything.

Noah will realize it involves following Matt in some way, but that’ll spark more concerns since Matt’s good at knowing when he’s being tailed.

However, Victor will feel confident that he can pull off some surveillance without Matt knowing what’s up.

After Nick updates Noah on Victor’s strategy, he’ll make a promise to his son.

Nick will assure Noah that he won’t let any harm come to Sienna and that he’s going to get the upper hand on Matt in the end.

Even so, it’ll be hard for Noah to trust that Nick and Victor can pull this off. Matt is a slippery character who’s capable of anything, so Noah will remain worried despite Nick’s reassurance.

Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will also try to convince Noah that it’s all going to be OK, but they’ll face a waiting game for now.

Victor will also send out a cryptic message as he works to back Matt into a corner.

As for Annie, she’ll be in a tight spot with Matt. Annie would probably prefer not to add any more crimes to the ones they’ve already committed, but Matt will remain determined to wipe both Sienna and Noah off the map.

That means Annie will have to follow orders or risk riling up Matt and ending up in a grave of her own!

Y&R spoilers say Annie will indeed do what she’s told, so she’ll help Matt transport Sienna to another location soon.

Matt may pretend he’s going to hand over Sienna, but he’ll have far more demented goals in mind.

Sienna will fight back and nick Matt’s lip in the process, so he’ll throttle her and dish out some fierce threats soon enough.

Although Sienna will fear for her life, the Newmans will keep working on a rescue plot and hope for some positive updates.
