The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, January 12: Billy Promises Sally he’s Not Backsliding
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we have some fun spoilery goodies to get things rolling.
The episode for Monday, January 12 looks like it’s going to be a fun one as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is finally on the ropes.
After arguing with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will fill Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) in.

It won’t stop there as she’ll fear he’s starting to slip back into his old ways.
He’ll promise her he’s not, but he’s worried about what will happen to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and his kids.
Meanwhile, Victor will learn his company is being gutted and he’ll refuse Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)’s offer.
While Victor wonders what happened, Phyllis and Cane will celebrate David slaying Goliath. For Now.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers aren’t surprised that Billy wishes he’s the one to beat down Victor. He’ll admit it to his brother after they update each other over the phone.
Sally will overhear this and could cause her to doubt him saying he’s not sliding back.
To be fair, it’d be hard for him not to after what Victor did, but we don’t think he is.
It’s understandable for him to wish it was him given their history and worry about his kids. Two things can be true at once, and that’ll pose an anomaly going forward.
Well, it looks like Cane could’ve turned the AI on Victor from day one. He just hoped he’d be able to win back his kids’ trust.
Since he couldn’t, thanks in part to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), he’s reverting back to his Dumas personality.
While he and Phyllis celebrate in bed, Victor will update his family that they’re under attack. Worse yet, Newman Enterprises is being gutted as they speak.
We’re sure he’ll have a plan ready to counter this in some way. After all, it’s against the show’s law to have Victor lose for any length of time.
Will Cane and Phyllis stay on top, or will Victor topple them before the week’s out? Let us know in the comments below.
