hit Genoa City. Cane activated the self-destructive feature of his AI program that started dissolving Newman Enterprises from inside. This rattled the businessman as his family panicked. While Victor tried to convince Cane to back off, Phyllis shooed off Nick when he charged her as a backstabber. At the same time, Cane tempted Billy with Chancellor which the latter considered accepting. Both Jack and Sally

chastised him but Billy tried to justify his decision. Elsewhere, the Abbott family captured Matt and tried to negotiate his custody for the AI. While Victor became busy with his company’s crisis, Nick convinced Jack to hand over Matt to him. However, when Nick prepared to eliminate Matt against the good advice from Noah and Sharon, Sienna brought Victor up to date. As such, Victor stepped in to take Matt away from his ailing son.

The Young and the Restless: Cane’s troubles increase
So far Cane withstood all attacks and allegations as he turned his AI program against Victor. As mentioned before, he initiated the self-destructive mode of his AI program which started dissolving the finances of Newman Enterprises from inside. While he faced Victor’s wrath and threats, he offered Chancellor to Billy to run. Moreover, when Sally accused him of tempting Billy away from his reformed persona, he taunted her for changing Billy into the character she wanted.

The upcoming episodes of The Young and the Restless will likely find Cane immune to all the hate circulating around him. On the other hand, he will not revel in so much negative attention like his collaborator, Phyllis. However, now he may let the battle take its own course. He will likely keep this stance even when Victoria chastises him.

However, the soap’s spoilers suggest that Victoria will likely reach out to Lily and inform her about what Cane has done to her family and her legacy. She will be intentional in maligning Cane before Lily and Maddie knowing it will hurt Cane. Lily may lash out at Cane at some point while his children may consider cutting their ties with him. Falling out with his family is likely to worry Cane to no end. Moreover, Victor’s newest move may cause him much concern.

As fans know, Mariah’s health condition deteriorated after checking in the psychiatric ward. She checked herself out of the facility and moved to a motel where the soap’s fans saw her hallucinating about Ian.

The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that the upcoming storyline will likely find happiness stolen from Abby and Devon after their peaceful family time at the park. The plot points at Mariah acting on instructions from the imaginary Ian Ward and kidnapping Dominic, Abby and Devon’s child. She may take the child far away from his parents.

As longtime viewers of the soap know, Victor’s dislike for Jack was always legendary which pushed him to steal Cane’s AI to ruin Jabot. When Jack pulled back Jabot’s online presence, Victor forced Adam to publish the news about Jabot’s ruin, destroying the company’s reputation. More recently, he walked in on his wife, Nikki, hugging Jack. Infuriated, Victor threw Jack out of his house warning the latter against having his hands on Nikki.

The upcoming episodes of The Young and the Restless will see a yo-yoing relationship between Victor and Jack. While Victor will likely issue a threat on Jack for ever getting close to his wife, Jack may shrug off the threat despite being insulted. However, with Cane being a bigger problem, Victor may consider joining forces with Jack.As such, the Newman patriarch may try to call a truce and offer Jack a collaboration against their common enemy. While Jack may point out that his company faced no harm from Cane but rather from Victor, he may concede that Cane tempting Billy with Chancellor is bad news. Not wanting Cane to win Chancellor out of Nikki’s hands, Jack may agree to the partnership.
