Back when the Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) mayhem was going on, plenty of B&B characters were concerned about Katie’s heart.

It felt like a huge clue about a medical emergency coming up for Katie, but maybe the show decided to postpone that plan.

Katie’s heart survived all the Luna shockers, but more stress is on the way thanks to Bill’s wedding present.

Bill wanted to do a nice thing for Katie, but starting a new fashion house is no easy task.

Katie has major work-related challenges ahead of her, so that alone could put a strain on her heart.

There’s been a lot of talk about Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) health, but maybe it’s Katie’s health that fans need to worry about.

That’s especially true since Katie and Brooke will end up feuding in the not-too-distant future.

Brooke is trying to plaster on a smile and show Katie her support, but it’s obvious she doesn’t have much faith in Katie’s ability to pull this new venture off.

That’ll lead to problems for the siblings, but there could be a new form of conflict once Katie actually starts achieving some success.

Brooke and Katie may have even more reasons to clash as this storyline progresses.

Eric, Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) and Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) could all land at Katie’s new fashion house sooner or later.

Brooke may object to Katie going after former and current Forrester talent as part of her grand plans.

Of course, the angrier Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) gets, the more riled Brooke will get, too.

Brooke and Ridge are a package deal, so they’ll both be ripping into Katie as the drama gets worse.

This could easily turn into a total fashion mess that takes a toll on Katie’s heart.

Katie could find herself facing a medical emergency down the road, so you can bet Bill will feel terrible if that happens!
