The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) recap for Monday, September 22, reveals that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) decided on a Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) lockdown while Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) cried to Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) as he began his post-party confession.

At one of the Forrester guesthouses, Will struggled to find the words when Electra looked so happy right in front of him.

Electra credited Will with making her feel safe and for being so patient when other guys would’ve bailed.

Will had waited until Electra was ready, so she played up how much she trusted him and how she knew there wasn’t any other girl.

Electra wanted to toast with Will and dance with him, but he grew increasingly upset over what he needed to confess.

Will assured Electra that there was no one else in the world for him and cried as he ultimately began his admission.

After Will said something happened the night of the promotion party, he added that Electra needed to know about it.

In the Forrester design office, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) told Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) that she was worried about Will, but she didn’t share the details.

Hope acted like everything would be fine since Will had a good head on his shoulders along with a loving girlfriend since Electra was crazy about him.

At Il Giardino, Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) was certain that Will was the father of Electra’s baby since Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) had been watching her closely except for that one night.

Li questioned if Sheila gave Luna the idea for this plot, but Sheila insisted she didn’t.

Even so, if Luna was indeed pregnant with Will’s unborn child, Sheila hinted about it being an impressive way to outfox Bill and the Spencer family.

At one point, Sheila also wondered what Bill had done with Luna, but B&B fans saw that she was still getting berated by him at the Spencer mansion.

That’s where Bill insisted this pregnancy would end one way or another.

Luna argued that Bill couldn’t force her to get an abortion and felt confident this Spencer baby would be born.

Bill made it clear that Luna messed with the wrong man and family since he’d do anything for his sons.

Bill also declared that Luna was a “devious, conniving little bitch” and added that Li should’ve let her die to save him the trouble!

After Luna stomped off to another room, Katie arrived and got updates on Bill’s plan to put Luna on lockdown.

Bill wanted to hide Luna’s survival while he figured something out, but Katie worried about Will since Luna was already destroying his life.

Katie gave Bill the news that Will was off making a confession to Electra, so both parents were concerned for him.
