Helen Flanagan reveals a 'lot has been going on' amid health woes just hours after cryptic post about 'trusting men' | The Irish Sun

HELEN Flanagan took to Instagram to share some honest posts about her health after hitting out at men.

The star shared a glimpse into her recent struggles after telling fans she had stopped “trusting men”.

The former Coronation Street actress had posted a meme about Prince Charming.

It pictured the Disney prince linking arms with a princess, and he asks: “Do you trust me?”

The princess replies: “No, I stopped trusting men along time ago.”

Helen later addressed her recent silence on social media, and revealed she’s suffering from Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, also known as PMDD.

The condition is a very severe form of PMS and causes emotional and physical changes during the week or two before a period.

The mum-of-three, who shares regular updates on her life, said: “Been so quiet on insta recently.

“Had a lot going on so didn’t feel like coming on insta and my PMDD has been so bad and all the kids awere poorly and so was I with a sickness bg for days. So joyful.”

Helen split from her boyfriend Robbie Talbot in May.

They met in a bar last year and he moved in that September, but Helen later told him it wasn’t working out.

Helen split from Scott Sinclair, dad of her three kids, in 2022.

In January she got a six-month ban after her Audi, driven by Robbie, was clocked speeding twice in 16 days.

Helen has now been forced to slash the price on her house as she tries to flog it.

Helen first put the £1.5million six-bedroom family home up for sale in May, before reducing it to £1.195million just four weeks later.

Now, the detached, 5,000sq ft home can be snapped up for a cheeky £995,000.

Speaking after her split from Robbie, she told OK! that after everything that happened over the last year, she now wants to focus on her family and career.

She said: “I’m concentrating on the kids, work, moving house and being with my friends.

“I’m actually quite sensitive and to be honest, I struggle with dating a bit.
