Our #BoldAndBeautiful recap for Thursday, Oct. 23, reveals the ace up her sleeve that Sheila played, how well Luna’s tactics worked on Will and how hardworking Deke spent his first day at Forrester Creations:
Natch, to reinforce that she is pregnant, Luna rubbed her tummy. By the end of this pregnancy, she’s gonna have to worry about erosion at this rate!

“I really pray that nothing else happen,” the conniver told Will, playing him like a fiddle. And he swore that he wouldn’t be swayed even though his expression said, “Aw, crap. I’m being swayed, aren’t I?”

Deke Had the World’s Easiest First Day at Work
At Forrester, Deke spent the start of his first day doing what all employees there do: yakking about stuff other than work, in his case with Electra. Boy, can that Deke go on about jewelry. What really piqued his curiosity, though, were Electra’s comments about Luna — and his flashback to her walking into his and Remy’s apartment.

Off his visit with Luna, Will returned to work. Sorry, to Forrester. (Can we call it work since nobody “works” there?) On his jam-packed to-do list was recapping the conversation he’d just had with his babymama. “You’re worried about her,” Electra suspected. In her mind, she didn’t draw a line between him caring about Luna vs. him caring about the baby.

Deacon’s Bond With Taylor Grew
At Taylor’s office, she asked Deacon if he could ever trust Sheila again… just as the madwoman was worrying about having overheard the shrink urging her patient on to “this next chapter.” When Deacon didn’t answer, Taylor did it for him. She suggested that the couple had a trauma bond that now leaned toward codependency. She then replayed a list of Sheila’s most recent misdeeds. (Why not rattle off the whole long list?)
“You think I should leave her, don’t you?” Deacon asked. “No, I think you should have never gotten mixed up with that crackpot in the first place,” Taylor didn’t reply even though I wished she would. “Your heart hasn’t failed you yet” is what she really said. “Listen to it.”
Wow, what’s it been, one session? Two? And already, Deacon felt that he couldn’t cope without her!
