Is this how #BoldAndBeautiful’s Luna gets out of prison…
Bless its heart, The Bold and the Beautiful is not known for its subtlety. So we all had the same thought, didn’t we, while watching the November 12 episode (recapped here)? Luna is going to break out of prison by hiding in a laundry cart.
It was in the show’s final minutes Wednesday that the writers tipped their hand. Luna had just seen on social media that the object of her

obsession Will and his girlfriend Electra had #NewDigs — the beach house formerly occupied by Wyatt and R.J. and most recently the site of the double murderess’ summer-camp shootout. Luna wailed about Will forgetting her — if only he could erase his rapist from his memory! — and became more frantic than ever to get back to “the man I love.”

Then right in front of the inmate, a prison laundry cart was pushed; it might as well have been labelled “exit.” And whether the wheels were turning in Luna’s head yet, they were in ours: She’s obviously going to sneak out of prison in a laundry cart.

Is it silly? OMG, yes. But remember, Luna is also the character who got past security at Forrester Creations as the most obviously disguised pizza-delivery guy ever.

What Luna intends to do once she’s out and about again is a big ol’ question mark. On one hand, she is sure to make a beeline for Will. But on the other, she can’t expect anything to happen when they are “reunited” other than him calling the cops to have her hauled back to jail.
It doesn’t make a lick of sense. But then, Luna has never proven to be one our great linear thinkers, has she? Maybe she’ll take our advice and attempt to recruit this potential ally.
