Home and Away Spoilers — Sunny & Dana Misunderstandings, Jo & Harper’s Explosive Clash, and Ru’s Surprising Truce
Summer Bay continues to sizzle with tension as relationships fracture, misunderstandings brew, and long-standing feuds take an unexpected turn. Here’s a closer look at what’s coming next week.

4. Sunny misreads Dana
Romance takes an awkward turn when playful banter gets out of hand. Lacey, never one to resist stirring the pot, teases Sunny about asking Dana to move in with him. While Lacey means it as harmless fun, Sunny takes the comment far too seriously. Instead of brushing it off, he panics.
In his mind, the idea of moving in together feels like an overwhelming leap—one he’s simply not ready for. Flustered and defensive, Sunny blurts out that it’s far too soon to be talking about living arrangements. His words cut Dana unexpectedly, leaving her blindsided. She had never actually pushed the issue, but now she is left confused and hurt, wondering if Sunny is truly committed to her. The moment, meant to be lighthearted, ends up creating a rift between them. Dana withdraws, her confidence shaken, while Sunny struggles with guilt, realizing his reaction may have damaged the trust between them.

5. Jo & Harper clash again
Elsewhere, tensions between Jo and Harper hit breaking point. Harper is furious at Jo’s repeated interference in her personal life. With her patience gone, she demands that Tane put his new partner firmly in her place and keep her out of matters that don’t concern her. Harper’s fiery words sting, her anger rooted in unresolved history with Tane and her determination to protect what little peace she has left.
Tane, caught in the middle of two women who mean very different things to him, gently tries to calm Jo. He explains that no matter how much effort she makes, Harper will likely never see her in a favorable light. The conversation is sobering for Jo. She begins to realize that she may always be fighting a losing battle when it comes to Harper, whose connection to Tane is too deep and complicated to untangle. Jo’s frustration grows, leaving her to question whether her relationship with Tane can ever truly move forward without Harper casting a shadow over it.
6. Ru & Adrienne call a truce
Meanwhile, a surprising shift occurs in the ongoing conflict between Ru and Adrienne. After weeks of hostility and accusations, Ru finally softens. Seeing Cohen caught in the middle has worn her down, and she realizes the boy deserves a chance to build a relationship with his father. Taking a deep breath, she extends an olive branch.

Ru invites Adrienne over, apologizing for her earlier outbursts and urging Cohen to give his father another chance. Adrienne, stunned by her change of heart, accepts the offer with gratitude. However, Ru is clear about her conditions: if Adrienne wants a second chance, he must tread carefully. She warns him explicitly not to bring up Samantha while spending time with Cohen, insisting that old wounds must remain closed for now.
The truce is fragile, but it marks a turning point. For the first time in a long while, Adrienne is given hope, while Cohen begins to imagine a future where his family may not be so fractured after all.
