Now, that could just be a random stalker, but Body and Soul already went that path not that long ago, and we don’t see the writers repeating it.

Part of her hesitation sprung up from her and Chad falling apart when they moved in together, but she also mentioned her rocky history with guys. And while Everett/Bobby was a mess, we’re guessing Jeremy left a bigger scar on Stephanie and is more along the lines of who she was talking about.
