The course of true love — or any love for that matter — never runs smoothly on Bold & Beautiful, which may be the reason that just as Hope’s become engaged to Liam again, her old flame, Thomas, is set for another return from the City of Love.

Teasing the imminent comeback, was Bold & Beautiful’s new Executive Producer, Casey Kasprzyk, who shared a photo on his IG story with

the actor, and remarked on how nice it was to have him on set.Kasprzyk used the words, “this week,” which suggests Thomas’ latest return

 

 

could be as brief as his last… but we all know he doesn’t need a whole lotta’ time to shake things up on the canvas.If you’ll recall, when the mercurial Forrester last dropped in, he spun out about his father, Ridge, calling it quits with his mother, Taylor, and reuniting with Brooke. The situation became very intense, but it all ended well.So, why is Thomas popping back again so soon? Well, the timing could be a huge

 

 

clue. If our hunch is correct, he’s probably back to throw a wrench into Hope’s latest engagement… this time, to Liam.When Thomas and Hope went their separate ways previously, it wasn’t due to lack of feelings, but instead, Hope’s inability to commit to getting married again.

Given she’s since been engaged to Carter, and now Liam, one could arguably conclude that she’s ready to walk down the aisle… or at least stand up in front of the fireplace in the Forrester mansion and say, “I do.”

Hope left Liam for Thomas before because of his “divided heart,” and nothing much has changed in that respect. In fact, with Steffy once again in peril due to Luna’s escalating evil, the issue of where his loyalties lie is bound to become a concern all over again.

Should a seed of doubt be planted when Liam gets pulled into the Luna drama, and Hope shares a close encounter with Thomas while he’s in town, it could be enough for the bride-to-be to get chilly feet and start having hot fantasies about her ex.
