As the couple toasted to “fresh starts,” an ominous tone crept in. Outside the restaurant, a dark car was seen idling across the street — and viewers immediately sensed something sinister was about to unfold.

The tranquility of the evening was shattered when Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) suddenly appeared. Furious and emotional, he confronted the couple, demanding to know why Katie was “throwing her life away.”

“You think this is love?” Bill barked. “Carter’s not me, Katie. He can’t protect you like I can.”

Carter tried to stay calm, but the tension escalated fast. The argument drew the attention of other diners, and Katie pleaded for both men to stop. Her voice cracked as she said, “This isn’t about love anymore — it’s about control!”
