Justine (Nazneen Contractor), who is confident that when Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial resumes, the prosecution will have the upper hand. “Alexis [Nancy Lee Grahn] has dug her own grave,” the acting district attorney confidently boasts to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), “and Willow Tait’s along with it.”

Sitting in Bobbie’s with Curtis (Donnell Turner), Jordan (Tanisha Harper) assures him that she’s got everything under control even as she plays a dangerous game with her employer. “I’m gonna enjoy it,” she declares, “right up to the moment I take him down.” But she’s been working for Sidwell (Carlo Rota) for a while now and still hasn’t gathered enough evidence to stop his nefarious plans. How much longer will it take?

Speaking of Jenz, Laura (Genie Francis) continues to bristle as she struggles under his thumb. “What does Sidwell want now?” she angrily asks someone. While he holds the evidence implicating her in the death of Professor Dalton, she has to do the villain’s bidding. But is there a line she won’t cross?

Sidwell himself is sitting in Bobbie’s with Marco (Adrian Anchondo), confidently assuring his son that he holds all the cards where the mayor is concerned. “Never let her forget what she stands to lose,” he says. Might Sidwell’s arrogance eventually prove his downfall?

Alexis’s attempt to try and create reasonable doubt in Willow’s case by positioning Portia as another potential suspect in Drew’s shooting backfired, so she’s had to pivot. But Kristina (Kate Mansi) doesn’t seem to like who her mother has targeted now. “You’re framing my brother for something he didn’t do?!” she yells. But will going after Michael (Rory Gibson) only make things worse for Willow?
