Victor Takes Control — Again
The episode opens at Newman Enterprises, where Victor Newman proves once more that he’s not ready to hand over the reins just yet. Despite earlier promises to step back, “The Mustache” makes a stunning announcement: he’s restructuring the company’s leadership. Victoria and Adam are blindsided when Victor reveals his new plan to merge their divisions under one unified banner — with himself back in charge.
Victoria lashes out, accusing her father of manipulating everyone just to keep control. “You said you trusted me,” she fires back. But Victor, cool and calculating as ever, simply replies, “Trust must be earned, not demanded.”

Adam, for once, stays silent — though the smug grin on his face says it all. Could this be a rare moment where Adam ends up back in his father’s good graces? Or is Victor setting up his children for another one of his infamous loyalty tests?
Kyle’s Guilt and Sienna’s Secret
Meanwhile, Kyle Abbott is falling apart. After uncovering that Sienna Blake has been secretly plotting against Noah, Kyle can no longer keep the secret to himself. His guilt eats away at him, especially as Sienna continues to act as if nothing is wrong.
In a tense scene at Society, Kyle confides in Summer, revealing everything he’s discovered — including the messages that suggest Sienna might be planning something dangerous. Summer is horrified and urges him to go to the police, but Kyle hesitates. “If I’m wrong, I’ll destroy her life,” he says quietly. “But if I’m right, Noah could lose his.”
Later, Sienna appears out of nowhere, overhearing just enough to realize Kyle’s onto her. Her expression turns cold as she whispers to herself, “If he won’t stay quiet, I’ll make him.”
Nikki Faces a Personal Crisis
Elsewhere, Nikki Newman continues to struggle with her sobriety as the stress of Victor’s decisions and family chaos pushes her to the brink. In one of the episode’s most emotional moments, she visits the park alone and finds herself staring at a flask hidden in her purse.
Just as she’s about to give in, Jack Abbott shows up unexpectedly. The two share a heartfelt scene as Jack reminds her of how far she’s come. “You’ve survived worse, Nikki,” he tells her gently. “Don’t let the pain win.” Tears fill her eyes as she nods — but the look on her face suggests her battle is far from over.
Phyllis and Nick: Old Flames, New Fire
Over at Crimson Lights, Phyllis Summers and Nick Newman find themselves revisiting old memories. What starts as a light-hearted coffee date quickly turns serious when Phyllis admits she still worries about him. “You always try to fix everyone else, Nick,” she says. “When’s the last time you let someone fix you?”
The chemistry between them is undeniable, and by the end of their conversation, it’s clear the spark isn’t gone. Fans are already buzzing online, wondering if Phick might be making a comeback.
