Emmerdale star confirms if Moira is exiting soap after prison shock
Emmerdale will air some shock scenes next week, as Moira Dingle is arrested on suspicion of murder and trafficking after two dead bodies
are found on her farm land. She insists that she has been set up by the evil Celia Daniels, but it turns out that one of the corpses is Celia herself!

It’s looking highly unlikely that Moira’s loved ones will be able to prove her innocence any time soon, as the odds are hugely stacked against her. But could this be the last we see of Moira for a while?
Well, thankfully there’s nothing to fear, as Natalie J Robb herself has revealed that she has no intention of leaving the ITV soap any time soon.
“I’ve been lucky enough just to get another contract so I think we would obviously say, ‘Sorry you’re going to be leaving but this is gonna be your out’, so when they just told me about the story I didn’t think that.
“I just didn’t really know how long I was going to be in for though and how serious the allegations [against Moira] were going to be at that point. But I think this is a big one because she’s losing the farm as well as feeling that she’s losing Cain.
“Family is everything for Moira. That’s what makes her survive. That’s what keeps her going. And the farm did as well. It’s a big thing for her that she feels like she’s losing the farm and she feels like she’s losing her family all at the same time.”
While Robb has stated her intention to stay on the soap, it’s going to be a difficult time for Moira, with the beloved character having no idea who could have framed her given that Celia has already passed away.
“She’s definitely in a nightmare. She just feels like she’s losing everything,” said Robb. “I think at that point she’s just so overwhelmed by the fact that it’s actually all happening… It’s all a bit confusing for her.”
