Emmerdale spoilers as two bodies found – and it’s not good news for Moira
Emmerdale left viewers on the edge of their seats during Friday’s episode when two corpses were unearthed in the village.
Fans will remember how villains Ray Walters and Celia Daniels terrorised the community last year, targeting youngsters April Windsor and Dylan Penders and coercing them into dreadful circumstances to clear alleged debts. At the same time, the depraved duo imprisoned Bear Wolf on Celia’s farm as part of a sinister modern slavery scheme.

Bear, along with other enslaved victims including Anya, were forced to toil under fabricated debts on the premises, though despite Ray’s mind games, he formed an unexpected bond with his kidnapper.
Last year, Ruby Milligan stumbled upon Anya when she concealed herself in the rear of a van attempting to flee her captors. Recognising she was poorly and oblivious to her plight under Celia’s control, Ruby provided her with accommodation, reports the Daily Star.
Nevertheless, Caleb alternatively presented her with £10,000 to depart, which she accepted before leaving the village. Tragically though, Ray tracked her down and Anya subsequently died when Ray refused to take her to hospital.
Celia and Ray forced Bear to bury Anya on Moira’s farmland. Since that time, Bear has managed to flee the farm while Ray murdered Celia earlier this month before being killed by Bear, who was defending his son Paddy Kirk and Dylan from his violent rampage.
Earlier this week, Ruby spotted Bear searching for Anya’s burial site, sensing something was awry. After notifying the authorities, they proceeded to Moira’s farm to conduct their investigation.
Friday’s episode concluded with a devastating discovery as Ruby collapsed in tears upon finding a body. In a shocking twist, a second body was then uncovered.
The cliffhanger ending has left viewers on tenterhooks, with next week’s spoilers revealing that Moira faces charges for double murder.
In forthcoming scenes, Moira and Cain Dingle are arrested for murder in front of their horrified children. During questioning at the police station, Cain refuses to cooperate and is subsequently released without charge.
During her interview, Moira insists she was framed by Celia, but is left reeling when DS Walsh discloses that one of the victims was actually Celia herself. Moira’s anxiety intensifies as she realises the overwhelming evidence mounting against her, particularly when it emerges that one of the bodies was wrapped in her own blanket.
The situation deteriorates further when DS Walsh confirms that Moira’s DNA was discovered on the blanket used to bury Anya, leaving Moira stunned as she’s formally charged with murdering both Celia and Anya.
Meanwhile, Ruby, consumed by remorse over Anya’s death, crosses paths with Paddy and Bear. An emotional Bear Wolf recounts Anya’s final moments, noting that Ray attempted to save her, but Ruby responds with venom, insisting Ray deserved a slow, horrible death.
Witnessing Bear’s breakdown over his guilt, Paddy forcibly removes Ruby and slams the door. Subsequently, Paddy and Dylan grow concerned when DS Walsh arrives for questioning, fearing that Bear might inadvertently expose his involvement in Ray’s death.
DS Walsh interrogates a bewildered and upset Bear regarding Anya, with Bear disclosing that he excavated her burial site for Ray. Paddy becomes alarmed and terminates the questioning abruptly when Bear grows distressed and muddled about the blanket used to shroud Anya.
