Emmerdale confirms when Ray’s killer will be revealed who killed Ray Walters
Emmerdale has confirmed the full details of its dramatic flashback week, which will see the truth exposed over who killed Ray Walters. The ITV soap will be rewinding the clock for its big murder mystery storyline – with a week of clues, red herrings and possible motives all building up to an explosive confrontation.

The special set of episodes kicks off on Monday 19 January, taking viewers back to the day of Ray’s murder. Each day will focus on different suspects, offering contrasting perspectives on what happened. And of course, some big secrets will be revealed along the way…
The first episode of the week on Monday 19 January focuses on Laurel Thomas, who was in a relationship with Ray in the weeks leading up to his death.
Laurel discovered Ray’s terrifying true colours on the day he was killed, after Dylan Penders tipped her off over his crimes. So, did Laurel then lash out after rejecting her manipulative lover?
Episode two on Tuesday 20 January sees the focus shift to Rhona Goskirk, who was deeply worried about the disappearance of her stepdaughter April Windsor at the time.
The flashbacks show a tense Rhona home alone, with a shadowy figure looming behind her. Did she have a showdown with Ray? Or had she called on someone dangerous to help her take Ray down?
Episode three on Wednesday 21 January focuses on Marlon Dingle, who was also in despair over April’s disappearance from the village. This followed weeks of worry over April being forced to deal drugs for Ray and Celia Daniels.
Convinced that Ray was holding April captive, Marlon armed himself with a knife and headed out with murderous intent. Did he go ahead with his sinister plans?

An Emmerdale statement added: “Each day focuses on a different suspect, peeling back the different details of their fortnight-long ordeal – exposing their darkest secrets and the shocking chain of events that culminated in a life-or-death confrontation.

Emmerdale’s Victoria Sugden reveals that she’s living in fear tonight – still expecting to be arrested for John’s murder at any moment. Is her guilty conscience going to lead to disaster in the long-run?
Victoria’s life changed forever last week as she was forced to lash out in self-defence when John attacked her, which led to the villain’s sudden death. Fans saw the dramatic scenes play out in Corriedale and a subsequent flashback which revealed all.
Since then, secret witness Joe Tate has refused to let the Sugdens forget what happened – ruthlessly blackmailing them while pursuing his own agenda.
In tonight’s episode, Victoria’s brother Robert is firmly focused on the crisis engulfing Moira Dingle up at Butler’s Farm. Poor Moira has been implicated in Celia Daniels’ crimes – and Joe has twisted the knife by forcing Robert to plant incriminating evidence inside her home.
