EastEnders threatens to expose Ravi’s shocking attack secret in tense showdown

EastEnders has exposed newcomer Bea Pollard’s sinister plot to worm her way into people’s good books tonight, as she sets her sights on Honey Mitchell. The question is, just what is she after?

Yesterday’s episode saw Bea stop a shoplifter at the Minute Mart. Following a string of unsuccessful job applications, she decided to apply for a position there.

EastEnders' star eyes more dark plots

Tonight’s (29 January) episode saw two teenage girls trashing the place, before running away as Honey confronted them.

She tried to cheer Honey up with a cup of tea that she popped some brandy in (“we can say that bottle was stolen”), and stood up for her when Suki Panesar-Unwin and Vinny turned up.

She also stated that she and Honey had already checked the CCTV cameras, falsely claiming that the robbers didn’t show their faces, before offering to clean up.

Vinny returned a while later and was impressed at how the shop looked as if nothing had ever happened.

“I have to say, Bea has been amazing,” Honey said, before handing Bea’s CV over to Vinny and telling him how she stopped a shoplifter yesterday as well.

Rather than think that it all sounded a bit suspicious, Vinny was very impressed and offered Bea a month employment as a trial.

Both Bea and Honey were delighted, giggling about how they’ll have so much fun working together in their matching tabards.

However, a later scene showed Bea talking to the two teenagers in the Square. They demanded money off her after doing what she asked, but she said they got their scratchcards out of the incident.

When the girls said they didn’t win any money off the cards, Bea just said it was “karma”.

Will the karma come back around with the girls revealing the truth about Bea? Or will her mysterious scheme go off without a hitch?

EastEnders’ Nugget Gulati pushes for answers about his attacker next week, after overhearing that the Mitchells may be responsible. Earlier this month, Nugget’s dad Ravi was spiked by Nicola and Harry, as revenge for Ravi’s horrific actions against Harry and Kojo while heading up a drugs operation.

Ravi suffered hallucinations as a result and had visions of his late dad Nish. He attacked his evil father in an alley and left him for dead – but he had really attacked Nugget.

As Nugget was rushed to hospital, the next day horrified Ravi realised what he must have done. He told Priya the shocking truth and she decided to cover for him with the police, so Nugget is still unaware that his attacker is actually his dad.
