EastEnders’ Kojo and Harry plan daring escape as Okie closes in
Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway) and Kojo Asare (Dayo Koleosho) plot a daring escape in EastEnders next week as their hostage hell comes to a head.
The pair have been through a huge ordeal in recent weeks, with Harry having been locked up by drug pusher Okie Okyere (Aayan Ibikunle Shoderu), who has been running riot in the absence of his boss Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara).
Meanwhile, Harry and Kojo’s friends and family have become increasingly unconvinced by the lies that Okie has been planting to suggest they are away together in Cardiff.
Those fears grow even more next week, with Kojo’s brother George Knight (Colin Salmon) learning they were never given time off from their jobs at The Arches for their ‘trip’.

The drama continues back at the lock-up, as Kojo – who Okie is still using as a drugs mule – boldly decides to help Harry make a bid for freedom, deeply concerned about the bad way he is in.
After seizing an opportunity, he finds the key to release Harry. However, Kojo’s plan is thwarted when Harry is unable to walk, and he tells a reluctant Kojo to run before Okie returns…
Back on the Square, Harry’s dad Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian) finally tells George and Junior Knight (Micah Balfour) what Kojo and Harry have become embroiled in, much to their horror.
George immediately picks up his phone to the police – but who will reach Harry and Kojo first? The police, or an increasingly unpredictable Okie…?

While viewers will have to wait and find out what becomes of the pair, there are big ramifications later in the week when George calls time on his relationship with Harry’s mum Nicola Mitchell (Laura Doddington).
Shortly afterwards, Nicola then makes a bombshell discovery – but what is it?
