EastEnders’ Cindy Beale eyes up big move after birthday chaos
EastEnders’ Cindy Beale spots an opportunity to get closer to her family next week, when she offers to move in with Peter Beale and Lauren Branning.
As Louie Branning’s birthday arrives, struggling mum Lauren feels guilty when the present that she ordered for him online doesn’t arrive in time, and he’s left with nothing on his special day.
“Between dealing with a newborn baby, an energetic little boy and her troubled teenage brother, Lauren’s absolutely overwhelmed – and that’s without even mentioning Peter!” our EastEnders source says.
“It wasn’t long ago at all that little Louie ran away with his baby brother Jimmy and panicked the Branning-Beales into thinking they’d gone missing – that incident alone proves that the kids need more supervision.”
Seeing that her son is in way over his head, Cindy jumps at the chance to suggest to Peter that she should move into Number 25. She insists that she wants to help out more with the children to take the load off the exhausted parents.
“Cindy is trying to be the fairy grandmother in this story, but most of her family still see her as the wicked witch,” explains our insider.
“Since Cindy currently doesn’t have a permanent home, this could be just another manipulation – or maybe she really does fancy changing dirty nappies and ironing school uniforms to help out her family.”
Will Peter allow his mum into his life once again and invite her to live with the family? And if so, what will Lauren have to say about it?
