Fans will watch as Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) is hauled into a police station interview room – only to come face-to-face with Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon).

She confesses she’s quit her London job, nicked her boss’s motor without asking, and ended up accused of car theft.

Now it’s down to Kit to see if he can bail her out of trouble.

The botched op left her battling sepsis and relying on a permanent stoma bag.

Now, a year later, her dramatic return to Weatherfield promises yet more twists for Corrie fans.
