Bold & Beautiful Preview: As Ridge Lays Down the Law, Ivy Breaks Electra’s Heart, and Is Carter Finally Going to Get Married?!?

In the sneak-peek video that The Bold and the Beautiful dropped at the end of Friday’s episode, we were, in a way, invited to a wedding:

Carter and Daphne’s. Yup, after one broken engagement (Zoe) after another (Paris) after another (Hope), it looks like Forrester Creations’ COO is finally going to tie the knot.

Could Will and Electra End Up as B&B's Next Supercouple?

As you’ll see below, after things get wild and crazy at Daphne’s bachelorette party, Steffy gushes to her friend, “You are gonna make the most beautiful bride.” And she does, too. Daphne looks like a million bucks — a billion, even — as she walks toward her future husband.

But just because Valentine’s Day is fast approaching doesn’t mean that all of the show’s lovers will be as lucky as Carter and Daphne. In fact, Ivy seems to be as hell-bent on breaking up niece Electra and Will as she is on becoming the new Stephanie Forrester. Although initially the Aussie was content to run unhoused co-ed Dylan out of L.A. for having the audacity to sit too close to Will — not proper at all! — now she’s spilling the “dirty” secret, anyway.

“I didn’t want you to find out what these two were doing,” Ivy tells Electra, “but I think it’s time you heard the truth.” Here’s hoping that Electra rolls her eyes and tells her aunt to get a life. More likely, though, she’ll flip out and go crying to not-blood-related cousin R.J., thus mucking up the sparks that had begun to fly between him and Dylan!

Finally, having caught ex-wife Deacon in a clinch with psycho Sheila’s husband Deacon, Ridge continues to read the would-be couple the riot act. He’s not wrong, either, that the relationship puts Taylor’s whole family in a precarious position; they’ve almost all been shot or kidnapped or poisoned by Sheila when she’s in a bad mood. And she has threatened to murder Taylor (again) if the shrink ever crossed the line with Deacon.

Still, as the guy who dumped Taylor, then remarried Brooke within the same freakin’ hour, we’re gonna go out on a limb and say that Ridge has no business telling Deacon, “Stay away from her!” That’s Taylor’s decision to make — even if it does get her killed!
