Apparently, there are soap fans out there who started a rumor suggesting that she had given birth to a baby girl back in July.

Not only that, but an insider apparently told the press that the baby’s name was Lily. JMW never confirmed or denied the rumors but instead, simply took matters into her own hands by posting the truth about her baby on her Instagram account.

JMW shared a photo dump of her family life, including her newborn son, and captioned it with, “Welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy at home.”

“This season has been all about being still, soaking in every precious moment, and embracing the quiet magic of new beginnings. Social media took a little back seat, but I’m so happy to be back and say hello again.”

Of course, the internet sure did have a lot to say about the matter and how someone might have tried to let the cat out of the bag before JMW had a chance to say anything.

Some B&B fans even commented with, “Finally confirmation. In a reply to someone else she said he is named Talon. Now people can stop spreading false information around.”

Another critic wrote, “They all are handsome and athletic like him. He also fostered another boy. I believe his sister’s son had 8 boys in the house for a while.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Congratulations To Fertile Myrtle Wishing JMW And Her Babies All The Love And Happiness In The World.”

“Someone kept perpetuating on that rumor on here. At the fan event a crew member said she’d had a boy, but it’s better that JMW confirms the news.”
