Home and Away — 12 Explosive Spoilers (October 6–10): Who’s in Danger?
Next week on Home and Away promises high emotion, heartbreak, and danger, as several storylines reach breaking point. From a brutal hospital attack that leaves Bree fighting for her life, to Adrien’s emotional return for his son, Cohen, and John’s worrying behaviour—Summer Bay will never be the same again. Here’s everything to expect from October 6th to 10th.
1. Eden kicks Remy out
Eden’s patience finally snaps when Remy returns home drunk yet again. Determined to break the cycle, she tells him to pack his things and leave. Sunny fears the eviction will send Remy spiralling further, but Eden refuses to back down—torn between loyalty and self-preservation as she watches her friend unravel.
2. Roo confronts Adrien
Roo tracks Adrien to his home, demanding to know why he suddenly abandoned Cohen. Adrien admits he feels completely unequipped to be a father, while Roo insists those fears are normal. Her persistence only heightens his anxiety, and after threatening to call the police, he shuts the door in her face.

3. Cohen’s heartbreak
Despite Alf’s attempt to shield him from the truth, Cohen learns what happened. Convinced his dad will change his mind, he clings to hope—but Roo is forced to return home alone and break the devastating news that Adrien doesn’t want a relationship. Cohen is crushed.
4. Adrien changes his mind
The following day, remorse consumes Adrien. He returns to Summer Bay, apologises to Roo, and vows to make Cohen his top priority. Roo is relieved, and soon father and son are laughing together with Alf and Marilyn during a spirited game of football.
5. Remy tries to reform
Theo convinces Remy to make amends with Eden and Cash after his reckless behaviour. Taking the advice to heart, Remy apologises and decides to quit drinking. With Cash’s support, he begins training to rebuild both his fitness and self-control.

6. John’s odd behaviour worries Justin
John hosts dinner for friends, insisting he’s embracing a new, positive chapter. He surprises everyone by paying for their meals, but Justin suspects something’s wrong. John’s exaggerated cheerfulness doesn’t feel genuine, leaving his friends deeply uneasy.
7. Bree’s friends throw her a surprise party
To cheer her up after her breakup with Remy, Sunny, Dana, Theo, and Lacey organise a lighthearted night of “Water or Vodka.” The twist? Every shot is vodka. The laughter hides deeper loneliness as Bree masks her pain with forced smiles.
8. Lacey lashes out at David
After a noise complaint forces David to shut down the party, Lacey is furious. Handing back her house key, she demands he stay out of her life. Meanwhile, Bree admits she still appreciated the night of laughter.
9. Harper reconsiders her future
Life under the same roof is tense, but Harper realises how vital it is for Archie to stay close to his dad. She decides not to move out and even tells Tane she plans to start dating again—encouraging him to rekindle things with Jo.

10. Molly’s huge mistake
Fed up with Abigail’s mess, Molly cleans her car—accidentally tossing out her heirloom necklace. When Abigail discovers it’s gone, panic erupts. Molly digs through bags of rotting garbage until he finally retrieves the treasured piece and sheepishly returns it.
11. Leah and Justin check in on John
Sensing John’s behaviour is masking something deeper, Leah suggests spending more time with him. She proposes a trivia night to lift his spirits—an idea John loves but Justin dreads.
12. Bree’s horrifying ordeal
At the hospital, Bree and her colleague Jo face a violent patient named Bart, clearly high on drugs. When he assaults Jo, Bree steps in and threatens to call the police. Suddenly, Bart grabs a scalpel and slashes her across the side. Blood pours as Bree collapses to the floor—her life hanging by a thread. Will she survive?
