EastEnders star Balvinder Sopal has had a rough start to Strictly rehearsals. Just days before the show kicked off, she felt something pop in

Balvinder plaus Suki Panesar on the BBC soap. She admitted she got hurt while training for Strictly, just on the second day of rehearsals. She explained that her left glute and hip felt tight and uneasy. It became necessary for her to visit the physio. Even after that, she insisted to everybody that she could walk and move. Fans realised that she won’t let any injury stop her. The show is about to begin, and this injury has left her disheartened. However, she is ready to fight and not give up.

Balvinder is an important character in EastEnders. People have followed and seen her journey on the soap and have always showered her with love. And now she is going to play a completely different challenge on the Strictly dancefloor.

 

 

She recently spoke about her training. She admitted that it was her toughest journey she has ever been a part of. Balvinder also says that the professional dancers are superhumans. She praised how they train with incredible precision and teach with so much patience and skill. She keeps learning and pushing herself. It was tough at first, but now she enjoys it.

Balvinder has even taken advice from her former EastEnders costars who have done Strictly before her. She has spoken to Jamie Borthwick, Emma Barton and Scott Maslen. Even her friends told her to enjoy the journey and stay hydrated. They even advised her to take a rest whenever possible. She had also been following their advice seriously and preparing for her debut.

Bobby Brazier, James Bye, Rose Ayling-Ellis, Maisie Smith, and Emma Barton have all been part of the BBC soap once and have also participated in Strictly. And now even Balvinder has joined this growing legacy. She is representing herself on one of the UK’s most-watched reality shows.
