Emmerdale’s Kim Tate issues an ominous threat tonight – as Graham tensions boil over

Emmerdale’s Kim Tate issues a stern warning to Graham Foster tonight – making it very clear that he’s not welcome in her life. Is a major new battle about to erupt at Home Farm?

Kim recently made the tough decision to let Graham move back into her mansion, knowing that the gesture would keep her step-grandson Joe happy. But playing happy families is much easier said than done.

Emmerdale Soap Scoop! Moira and Cain arrested

In tonight’s episode, Kim quickly figures out that Graham is trying to wind her up as he continues to settle back into his former home.

Graham boasts that he’s growing much closer to Joe, Dawn Fletcher and the kids – and couldn’t be happier about how things are going. Sceptical Kim is unimpressed, though, sensing that Graham is only trying to cause trouble.

“[Joe] may be fooled by this façade – but I know you,” Kim warns. “You never found happiness, so you ruin other people’s every chance you get.”

When Graham sarcastically claims that he’s “wounded” by Kim’s insults, she replies: “You should be. Oh, and while I’m at it, if you’re staying to make us suffer even more – expect retaliation…”

It’s no surprise that Kim won’t simply stand by and do nothing if Graham does start to play games again, so their dynamic is sure to be one to watch in the weeks ahead.

Andrew Scarborough, who plays Graham, recently spoke to us about his character’s dynamic with Kim and how it may change in upcoming episodes. Surprisingly, it may be for the better…

Asked who was most shocked to see Graham back from the dead, Andrew replied: “Well, I thought about this. I think technically, Kim, because she was the only one at my funeral. She thought she had cremated me! So she’ll be the most shocked, because she actually physically was there to witness what she thought was my body in the coffin.

“But Kim wouldn’t show her shock as she’s a cool cat. Joe is shocked, obviously. Rhona would be surprised, because she’s not involved in that dark world at all.”

He added: “I think if Kim Tate can forgive Joe for harvesting an organ she can forgive Graham for coming back from the dead. And if he helps matters by proving himself by fixing some things for them, they will appreciate his skills and his loyalty. But it might take some months.”
