Emmerdale’s Ruby is devastated to discover a death that rocks her to her core
Yesterday in Emmerdale, Ruby and Caleb Miligan (Beth Cordingly and William Ash) found Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) standing alone in the middle of a field.

To the couple, this was the first time Bear had been spotted since the police confirmed he was a missing person. Unbeknownst to them, Bear has spent the past few weeks locked in a rented house, with only Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) and Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle) knowing his whereabouts.
While Caleb called Paddy and the police, Ruby got chatting to Bear and wondered what he was doing. He was still confused and wasn’t making a lot of sense but when he mentioned Anya, Ruby’s ears pricked up.
Anya was the slave who died as a result of Celia Daniels (Jaye Griffiths) and Ray Walters (Joe Absolom) failing to get her any medication for her ill health. The mother and son duo then made Bear dig her grave on Butler’s Farm.
Prior to confirmation that Anya was also one of Celia’s victims, she was found by Caleb, Ruby and Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) in the back of a depot truck.
It was assumed she had come from overseas in search of a better life, but Ruby managed to workout yesterday that the truck was in England longer than she thought, which meant Anya got in it with the intention of running away from someone.
Despite the fact she knows Bear is deeply traumatised from his ordeal at the farm, Ruby was still certain talking to him about Anya today was the right thing to do.
At Tenants, Ruby arrived with baked goods and sat with Bear as she started asking him about Anya.
Once Bear confirmed that he wasn’t intending on actually meeting Anya in person, fear started to creep in for Ruby.
Politely shoved out the door by Paddy, Ruby headed home as it started to dawn on her that Bear was more than likely looking for a grave.
She called the police, believing her friend has been killed, but is this only going to make matters worse for Bear?
Will he be forced to try and keep Ray’s murder a secret, and the fact he disposed of a body?
