Also, why are we setting up a love triangle involving a guy going after his cousin’s girl, who is also his cousin? Only on Bold & Beautiful!

On a related note, Bold & Beautiful said that Will and R.J. met face-to-face for the first time in years this week. May we offer the show a little flashback to September 2024 and suggest that they actually met face-to-face for the first time in a little more than one year this week?

What normal person — let alone a teen like Days of Our Lives’ Ari — would say they took a “rideshare” as opposed to an Uber or Lyft?

Shouldn’t General Hospital’s Drew suddenly having a stroke right after Willow was acquitted have pinged everyone’s radar in Port Charles?

Why is Young & Restless’ Nick using only one crutch when he has a broken leg? More importantly, why is he using the one crutch on the same side as the broken leg rather than leaning on it on the other side to take the weight off the bad one?

Is Beyond the Gates’ Hayley being not only reckless but downright transparent, even telling Bill that she wants to take him home for some tea with her “special ingredient”? Sure, she said that ingredient was love, but still, not exactly discreet!

Bold & Beautiful’s Ridge & Co. didn’t have the money to keep Deke on and mentor him, but they have all kinds of funds to hire Dylan as an intern and put R.J. on the couture line?

Anybody else laugh to themselves when the man who called Beyond the Gates’ Vanessa to accuse her of setting his wife up with a gigolo said he didn’t want to hear her “cock-and-bull story”?

Shouldn’t Beyond the Gates’ Carlton have known that Kial was Nicole’s date to WinterFest? Surely there would’ve been pictures in all the papers, and someone at the hospital probably would’ve mentioned it to him.

When did Bold & Beautiful‘s Will decide that he wanted to learn everything about the fashion business? Could it have been when he started dating a young woman who works at a fashion house?

How nice was it that Days of Our Lives’ Brady and Kristen both agreed they were a toxic couple? None of us believe that they’re actually over for good, but still… it was something.

Doesn’t General Hospital‘s Suzanne remind you of the kind of lovable B characters soaps used to feature a lot more often? She’s like Alfred Vanderpoole from All My Children, Polly Longworth from Ryan’s Hope or Wanda Hite on Guiding Light!

If Young & Restless’ Victoria didn’t want to be disturbed while working, maybe the worst possible place to do it was the patio at Crimson Lights, where everyone in town hangs out? Also, with Newman under attack, should she be using public, unprotected Wi-Fi to do her very important work?

If things don’t work out between Beyond the Gates’ Shanice and Ted — or between Kial and Nicole — would you be totally into the idea of the gossiping nurse and the handsome orthopedic surgeon hooking up? They had instant chemistry!

Bold & Beautiful is so obvious. Will and Electra have been sleeping together for months, and suddenly, now that R.J. and Dylan are on the scene, she’s worried that Ivy and the Forresters don’t approve, so she’s going to decline to go over there late at night. But guess who is there?

Has everyone else just about given up on Days of Our Lives’ Javi, too? His declaration that he wanted to be Leo’s husband more than anything would have worked a lot better if he wasn’t doing literally everything he could to not make that happen.

Wasn’t the reaction that General Hospital’s Anna had to hearing Faison’s voice the same one that we all have when someone calls instead of texts?

That said, given how much Young & Restless loves to do standalone episodes, wouldn’t it have made sense to turn the scenes in which all of Matt’s victims confronted him into one?

Shouldn’t Beyond the Gates‘ Chelsea have realized she was not going to win an argument with Madison about party drugs when the doctor started rattling off terms like “basal ganglia” and “prefrontal cortex”?

Why do Bold & Beautiful’s Steffy and Hope, who never tried to kill one another, have more issues between them than do Sheila and Li?

Days of Our Lives’ Jack didn’t think Chad would “stoop so low” as to bring up Jennifer’s addiction during mediation. And what? Trying to take Chad’s kids away from him is taking the high road?

We don’t have a question here. We just enjoy the sight of General Hospital’s Drew being jabbed with a syringe.

Was nobody else thrilled by Young & Restless’ Daniel/Tessa scenes in Wednesday’s episode if only because they were literally the only ones which didn’t revolve around people yelling about corporate takeovers? That said, it doesn’t hurt that the pair are quickly becoming our favorite Genoa City couple

Given how Beyond the Gates’ Joey conducts a whole lot of illegal business in that back room of his casino, shouldn’t he have some kind of security in place to keep people like Leslie from just waltzing in and helping themselves to his booze?

How much do we love Hope’s wild hair on Bold & Beautiful and kind of hope it’s a sign that maybe her crazier side is coming out again?

Upon being embraced by Willow, didn’t General Hospital‘s Alexis altogether embody those of us who’d sooner be set on fire than hugged?

We need to make an appointment six months in advance with our doctors, so it’s a little unbelievable that Beyond the Gates’ Naomi was able to walk up to a doctor and say “Have a minute?” And the doctor actually had time between her appointments to chat.

Bold & Beautiful’s Sheila told Li that Deacon “appreciates and values Hope and Deke’s opinions.” But if that’s the case, why did he marry the psycho, of whom they definitely didn’t approve?

Did anyone else want to scream when Days of Our Lives’ Chad, Jack and Jennifer finally came to an agreement, only for Thomas to try tanking the whole thing?

When General Hospital’s Cullum gave Britt three months to wrap up “the project,” did you roll your eyes and think we’d better get answers a whole lot sooner than that?

Did the decades-old Young & Restless flashback to Nick and Victor talking about Matt Clark beautifully illustrate the ability of daytime to do long-term storytelling that can’t be found anywhere else?

Bold & Beautiful’s Steffy insisted she wasn’t going to lose her mother to Sheila. But why didn’t she insist that she wasn’t going to lose Taylor again to Sheila? It’s as if she, the show or both have forgotten that Sheila once “killed” Taylor.

With Drew incapacitated on General Hospital, who will take over his seat in congress? Ezra? Marco? It’s bound to be someone Sidwell can control!

Young & Restless’ Billy asked Victoria what she was doing working at the coffee shop at midnight. But does Crimson Lights really strike you as someplace that would be open at that hour?
