Huge confession made in EastEnders as police swarm Walford

Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) is forced to make a big confession in EastEnders next week after he comes to realise that he’s responsible for a terrible incident.

The drug dealer, who is working as an informant for Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), finds himself at the centre of a terrifying situation next week when he wakes up in the street.

EastEnders Soap Scoop! Zoe Slater returns

With no recollection of what occurred on the previous evening, he attempts to search for answers in his phone, where he is met with some worrying messages.

It’s then that the scales fall from his eyes as he comes to realise that he is to blame for a terrible incident that happened while he was drugged.

Struggling to keep it together in the wake of what he’s uncovered, Ravi wastes little time in confessing all to Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan-Levy), who struggles with the gravity of what he’s said.

The police subsequently arrive and make a beeline for Priya, wanting to talk to her about the incident in question, which leaves Ravi shaken.

After Priya speaks, the detectives are keen to talk to Ravi. The question is: will he reveal the truth about what’s happened?

Later in the week, Jack puts pressure on Ravi to step up his undercover work as an informant.

As viewers will know, Ravi agreed to be an informant in exchange for his freedom after he was arrested for his role in Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway) and Kojo Asare’s (Dayo Koleosho) ordeal, when they were held captive in their flat by Okie (Aayan Ibikunle Shoderu).

Ravi began to cuckoo Kojo, installing Okie into said flat to handle the day-do-day dealing, but the situation escalated when Okie decided to keep Harry prisoner for weeks.

With Okie now dead and Teddy (Roland Manookian) having taken the fall for the crime, Harry is determined to get revenge on Ravi for what he put him through – with some help from mum Nicola (Laura Doddington), who spikes Ravi in upcoming scenes.

Later, Ravi staggers outside and Harry is on hand to ensure he makes his way towards the Arches, where he puts his nemesis in the pit. Ravi’s hallucinations escalate and, after climbing out of the pit, he lashes out.

It is the following morning when he wakes up in the cold – unable to remember the previous night – before piecing together what happened.
