General Hospital Spoilers Update Dec 8-12: Where Is Anna?

Cody picks Molly up to carry her back to bed, and that’s when Felicia and James walk in. James asks if Molly is hurt. Cody puts Molly down, and she tells James she just saw a mouse.

Cody thought James’ riding lesson was tomorrow, but Felicia reminds him that they moved it to today. Felicia offers to reschedule, but Molly insists James try out his new saddle. Plus, she has to go see her mom.

An Unpleasant Business Meeting
Charlotte stops by Laura’s, who needs a sitter for Ace, as she has an important meeting today. Charlotte offers to take Ace to the park and convinces her Grandma she can handle the boy, and maybe even tire the kid out.

Later, Ezra shows up with Sidwell’s latest request. He wants helicopter pads on Spoon Island and piers to enable faster trips than the launch can provide. Laura says those would be sound violations in a residential zone. Ezra suggests she give Sidwell what he wants; otherwise, she’ll regret it.

Laura asks if he got into politics to be Sidwell’s bootlicker and errand boy. Ezra says he has no doubt she can still do good as mayor and please Sidwell. If she gives Sidwell what he wants, he can be the best friend she’s ever had.

Sidwell and Marco meet at Bobbie’s. Sidwell is worried that if Willow is convicted, then Drew will never get re-elected. Plus, there is the blackmail of Portia, and Drew’s no use to him if not on Capitol Hill. Fortunately, he still has Laura in his pocket, and they must remind her what she stands to lose should she not play along.

Jordan and Curtis arrive at Bobbie’s. Jordan says Happy New Year to Sidwell and Marco, and she and Curtis grab their table. Curtis asks about working for Sidwell, and she says he’s a great boss in many ways, and it’s the best job she’s ever had. She plans to enjoy it until the moment she takes him down.

Jordan brings up not wanting secrets between them as to repeat past mistakes, but they both can’t tell each other everything about their work, so has their situation really changed?

Sidwell Up His Creep Game
Sidwell steps out to take a call. That’s when he happens to run into Charlotte and Ace and introduces himself as a friend of Laura’s. Marco appears, and Sidwell tells his son that Charlotte used to live at Wyndemere with her father. Ace eventually asks Charlotte if they can go home. Charlotte explains that the boy needs a nap, so she needs to get him home. Sidwell tells her to be careful with little Ace, as kids his age can disappear on you should you turn your back for just a second.

One Charlotte and Ace are gone, Sidwell tells Marco that Valentin could be helpful in their project, and they need to find a way to get him on board. With Charlotte in town, Valentin can’t be too far away.

Charlotte Relays a Message
Charlotte returns home with Ace, who Laura notes actually got tired out. Charlotte offers to take Ace up to bed and tells Laura about running into her friend Sidwell. Laura is concerned…

Michael stops by Sonny’s, per his dad’s request. Sonny warns his son that he’s going to be targeted on the stand, not just by Alexis, but by Justine as well. Justine will likely try to get him to badmouth Willow, which he needs to avoid, as one day his children could learn how he really thinks about their mother.

Michael explodes in anger and says his kids need to know the truth about their mother and that he’d do anything to protect them. Sonny asks, “Anything?”

Change of Strategy
At Alexis’ place, she meets with Suzanne and tells her they are going to be going after Michael. Suzanne asks if she’s basing this on the anonymous letter. Alexis says the letter is non-admissible, but she’s going to prove the facts in it to be true.

Later, Kristina shows up looking for her charger. Alexis left her notes on the table, and Kristina snoops and reads them. (Of course she does, because everyone’s business is Kristina’s business!) Alexis returns and catches her, and Kristina can’t believe her mother is going to frame her brother for shooting Drew. Alexis tells Kristina she has to build a case to provide reasonable doubt for Willow. It’s her duty to Willow, to Scout, and to Sam.

Kristina saw the note from the anonymous person, and suggests that Drew was behind it as he wants Michael to go down for this. Alexis explains the note is inadmissible, and all she has to do is create a reasonable doubt in the jury’s mind that there was a more viable suspect the PCPD overlooked.

Justine and Dante Talk Court
Dante meets with Justine in her office to go over their strategy. Justine feels Alexis is going to go after other suspects, including Michael, so they have to be prepared to defend the evidence against Willow. She also wants to know what Curtis was doing with Selina Wu.

Suzanne arrives at Justine’s office with the revised witness list from Alexis, which contains various names, including Michael, Tracy and Ezra.

Dante knows Alexis will try to put Michael on trial and is concerned about being called back to the stand to make it appear he was prejudiced in this investigation. Justine assures him the jury loves him, and he’ll do great. Dante wonders, does she think Willow is guilty?

Molly has changed into her clothes as James digs into Cody’s pancakes. As she’s leaving, the boy asks if Molly is Cody’s girlfriend. Molly says no, but Cody says yes…

In her office, Justine tells Dante that’s the beauty of the justice system, all they have to do is present the facts. It’s up to the jury to decide who is innocent and who is guilty.

Michael rages at Sonny that he knows what he’s thinking, that he could have gotten Edward’s gone, shot Drew, and placed it to frame Willow while also paying Jacinda to be his alibi. Michael says when he gets on that stand, everything he says will be to benefit his kids. (It’s starting to look like Michael did it, so this scene has to be a red herring…)

At home, Alexis tells Kristina that Scout is a little girl who needs protecting, while Michael is a grown man who can handle himself. Plus, they don’t know he didn’t shoot Drew. She asks Kristina to consider Scout before she decides to warn Michael about her plans.

At Bobbie’s, Jordan and Curtis promise one another to be as upfront about their work as they possibly can, because this relationship is worth it.

Outside of the diner, Sidwell notes to his son that Charlotte could be helpful in bringing Valentin on board. Marco admits his father was very charming with the girl until he threatened the boy. Sidwell thinks of it as merely relaying a message to Laura.

At home, Charlotte tells her grandmother about her conversation with Sidwell, and how he told her that kids of Ace’s age can go missing if not watched at all times. Laura looks horrified.
