In Monday’s #GH recap, Laura finds out what’s up with Kevin, and Scout has a wonderful reunion despite Drew’s best efforts! Read more here…
At Alexis’ place, Scout and her aunts exchange gifts. Kristina speaks with her mom, and Willow gets Drew to agree to this visit as long as Danny isn’t here.
Of course, that’s when Danny turns up, and Scout runs into his arms. Everyone else hugs him, and Danny had no idea Scout was going to be here.

Danny and Scout head out back to build a snowman, and everyone worries how Drew will react if he finds out about this. They agree that when they get a chance, they’ll tell Danny he can’t be here.
When the kids come back in, Cody convinces Scout to help him make hot chocolate. Alexis then breaks the news to Danny that he needs to leave, which he already knew.
When Scout and Cody return with the hot cocoa, Danny explains to Scout that he has to be going, but seeing her has been the best gift this year. They tell one another they love each other. Cody offers to drive Danny home, and the men head out.
Later, Scout admits to Alexis that today has been better than Christmas, and Danny is the only one who understands not having her mom here. Alexis says she understands, but Scout says it’s different, as she and Danny know what the other feels with their mom gone.
Alexis tells the girl that Danny will always be her brother, but it’s crucial she does not tell her dad that Danny was here. She promises to keep the secret.

A Not So Fun Boxing Day at Wyndemere
At Wyndemere, Sidwell tells Drew he’s only useful to him if he’s in office; if that changes, he’s on his own. Willow arrives and asks what she’s missed.
Later, Willow chats with Drew and relays that Scout was thrilled to see Alexis and her aunts. Willow again asks how things are going, and Drew says Sidwell wasn’t happy about the Portia accusations and rants that it’s all Alexis’s fault. (Can this man take any accountability for what he’s done?)
Meanwhile, Sidwell tells Marco he’s proud of him for navigating through a challenging year. Marco still wants Sonny to pay with his life. Sidwell says Sonny is paying in other ways. Marco knows all about Dalton and the blackmail, but it’s not enough. Sidwell assures his son that once he’s used up Sonny, he’s a dead man. The men toast.
Meanwhile, Willow departs and heads over to Alexis’ to pick Scout up, and they all thank Willow for what she did for them.

Tracy Has Choice Words for Michael
At the Quartermaines, Tracy and Michael discuss Gio’s performance. She notes their first Christmas without Monica wasn’t as terrible as she thought it would be. Michael believes Monica would be proud of Tracy.
Just then, Jacinda shows up at the door, and Tracy is delighted to meet “Michael’s girlfriend.” She comes with gifts for the kids, and Tracy is happy to take the time to get to know her.
They sit down, and Jacinda explains she’s the new and improved Jacinda; she’s not the one who Drew did body shots off of any longer. Now she works as Nina’s assistant and is learning a lot.
When Jacinda heads to the restroom, Michael thanks Tracy for being kind to her. She flat-out tells Michael that he doesn’t love that girl; he needs her, yet Jacinda is falling for him, and it’s not fair to her. Michael swears he has feelings for Jacinda, but Tracy wants him to stop lying. She speaks from experience, having had a lifetime of men use her, and he needs to clarify the parameters of their relationship

Justine admits she didn’t like seeing Portia traumatized on the stand, but Portia did commit a crime. Sonny says Portia is a good person, and sometimes good people make bad choices for the sake of those they love. Justine asks, “Is that your justification, too?”

Sonny notes he has been on both sides of infidelity, and it’s never black or white. Justine says in court, it has to be. Sonny brings up what she did for Rocco, and that he won’t forget it.
Is Kevin Leaving Again?
At Laura’s, after taking a call, Kevin tells Laura his colleagues in Dublin want him to move there. It would be a six-month visiting lecturer position at a college. Kevin will take it, but only if she comes with him. She reminds him she just got re-elected, but just because she can’t go, doesn’t mean he shouldn’t.
They are interrupted when Jordan arrives to speak to Laura. Kevin checks on Ace, and Jordan tells Laura she may have found something that will give her what she wants on Sidwell.
Jordan hasn’t found any dirt on his businesses, but he has not only been dating Lucy but also flirting with Ava openly, and Lucy is not happy about it. Sidwell was enjoying it, according to Jordan. Laura thinks they could use Lucy and Ava competing for Sidwell’s attention to their advantage, and Lucy can be very impulsive. (I guess self-destructive, or a disaster, are the words you meant to use, Laura!)
The Davis girls relax on the couch, and Alexis says she needs to get back into Drew’s good graces as Scout’s future depends on it. Molly believes in her mother. Alexis says next time she gets a shot in court, she won’t miss.
At the Qs’, Jacinda asks Michael if he told his aunt that he’s not taking advantage of her. He tried, but Tracy knows how this started between them, and once the trial is over, she thinks they will be to. He refuses to believe that, and hands her a belated Christmas gift.
