The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) preview video for the week of December 29-January 2 reveals that the Logan trademark has expired, so Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will race to secure it for their respective employers.

B&B’s weekly promo kicks off with Dylan (Sydney Bullock), who’s staying in Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) guest house now that he’s discovered she’s homeless.

Dylan can be seen watching Will through the window, so it seems like an obsession story could be brewing.

Now that Will’s playing hero for Dylan, that’s probably going to lead to trouble! Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) will tell Dylan that all Will wants is her respect, so that’ll probably leave her feeling even more drawn to him.

Over with Katie Spencer (Heather Tom) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), they’ll continue to feud over Katie’s use of the Logan name for her fashion house.

Katie will argue that Logan is a pet name that Brooke’s husband calls her, but Brooke will insist this is bigger than that.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) indeed refers to Brooke as “Logan” most days, but Brooke also feels like the name’s tied to her reputation and the Forrester brand.

Although Ridge will try to shut Katie down by claiming they have the Logan trademark, Liam will do some digging and realize they “HAD” it instead.

It turns out the trademark has expired, so Carter will discover that too before giving Ridge and Brooke updates on the news.

B&B’s weekly preview video shows Liam and Carter clicking on their laptops as they race to lock in that trademark.

“Is Logan still ours?” Brooke asks Carter in the promo clip.

There’s a good chance Liam will emerge victorious and secure the Logan name for Katie’s fashion house in the end.

It could be the first of many wins for Katie as she works to become a huge success.

Even if Katie loses the trademark fight, she won’t give up! Any setbacks that Katie faces will only motivate her to work harder and will add to the conflict that’s emerged with Brooke.
