Young and the Restless hit a season high — even with the holiday break and reruns airing Thursday and Friday! That’s nothing to sneeze at.

This, of course, was the week of Danny and Christine’s reception and a slew of feel-good Thanksgiving family moments. Fans who tuned in

were given plenty of reminiscing, beloved characters and a dash of drama thrown in when Phyllis crashed the party. (Shockingly, though, she actually behaved! Mostly.) And that makes it pretty clear that what fans are clamoring for aren’t more non-stop business stories, or AI-fueled fever dreams. The bedrock of daytime has always been romance, drama and family and when it’s delivered, so, too are the viewers!In
