Jasmine Fisher is investigated by the police in EastEnders spoilers for this week, as her return to Walford continues. And, with Max

Branning and Linda Carter also back in town, lothario Max comes face-to-face with his old flames – which also includes Zoe – again.

1. Jasmine questioned over her past in EastEnders spoilers

 

Preparations for baby Jimmy’s christening are interrupted when Oscar arrives home, accompanied by Jasmine. Coming face-to-face with Jasmine for the first time since the attack, Cindy flees, while Ian calls the police.

Jasmine is taken in for questioning over her past… revealing her connection to the Ford crime family. Afterwards, with Jasmine continuing to act evasive, Oscar calls time on their relationship.

 

 

2. Max returns as a fire breaks out in EastEnders spoilers
Zoe finds herself trapped when a blaze breaks out at Lauren and Peter’s home. Arriving on the scene, Oscar goes to rescue their new house guest. Meanwhile, Kat and the Albert Square residents watch from outside, terrified for Oscar and Zoe’s safety.

 

 

As Oscar tries to save Zoe, a familiar face arrives back in Walford… the one and only Max Branning!

3. Max is reunited with Linda and Zoe
Max and Jasmine aren’t the only ones returning to Walford this week either. Linda is also back on Albert Square, arriving just as Elaine celebrates the opening of her boutique hotel.

 

 

Linda is surprised when she sees Max once again stalking the streets, and hides Annie from view. Later, the pair agree to meet in The Albert, where they catch up on old times.

Max then runs into Zoe for the first time since the events of the summer.

4. Lauren comes under scrutiny
Max is distracted from his women when he notices how close Lauren and Ian seem to have grown in his absence. He reveals his suspicion to Jack that something is going on between the pair, and later confronts Ian in front of the punters at The Vic.

When Lauren arrives, all eyes turn to her, and she’s forced to answer some tough questions about her recent past. Determined to do right by his daughter, Max attempts to support Lauren.

5. Phil worries about Nigel’s future in EastEnders spoilers
As filming continues on Nigel’s film, his dementia symptoms continue to intensify. Disagreeing with Julie over the best course of action, Phil hides some important information from Nigel’s GP.

The next day, Nigel panics when he loses his cufflinks. Julie and Phil try to help, but calamity occurs when Nigel accidentally strikes Julie.

Later, Julie tries to breach the subject of getting external care for Nigel, but Phil immediately shuts her down.
