Lucy Fallon has revealed she’s engaged to her boyfriend Ryan Ledson after he popped the question during her 30th birthday celebrations.

The Coronation Street star shared the happy news on Instagram after marking her birthday at a wild party with her co-stars in Manchester on Saturday.

Lucy, who shares son Sonny, two, and daughter Nancy, 10 months, with Ryan, showed off her sparkling engagement ring in a string of Instagram snaps.

She captioned her post: ‘Ending the birthday weekend with my best friend as a fiancé!!!! I can’t wait to marry you @ryanledson8.’

On Saturday, Lucy was pictured arriving at the Manchester nightclub with many of her Corrie co-stars to celebrate her birthday.

The actress slipped into a dazzling white and silver mini dress to dance the night away with her pals.

Inside the party, Lucy showed off her best dance moves to the Beyonce hit Crazy In Love, before making a bleary-eyed exit with her husband-to-be.

Charlotte Jordan, who also departed Corrie earlier this year, opted for an eye-catching black mini dress as she headed into the venue.

Colson Smith was joined by his girlfriend Taylor as he reunited with some of the Corrie cast following his heartbreaking exit in May.

Lucy began dating Ryan in 2020 after they met through friends, and they welcomed their first child, their son Sonny, in February 2023.

Last year, the couple shared they were expecting their second child, and in January announced the birth of their daughter Nancy.

Lucy took on the role of Bethany in 2015. She starred on the show until 2020 and then rejoined the cast in 2023, and returned to the soap in July following the birth of her second child.

Although the TV star is best known for her role in Corrie, she’s also starred in All Star Musicals, Don’t Rock the Boat, Tom Jones and Drama Queens.

Over the years she’s won Best Actress in the Inside Soap Awards, the National Television Awards for Outstanding Serial Drama Performance and Best Actress and Best Female Dramatic Performance at the British Soap Awards.
