producing partner, David Glasser, and his 101 Studios have also signed a first-look film and TV deal with NBCUniversal. His TV-film deal begins in 2026, after he’s fulfilled his obligations with Paramount. Sheridan’s overall deal with NBCUniversal is a five-year contract, including film, TV, and streaming.

 

 

Now, it looks like the third installment may have just as quick of a return on Paramount+. Ahead of the sophomore outing’s debut this weekend, Sam Elliott has already revealed the expected timeline for Landman season 3. After season 1 of Taylor Sheridan’s neo-Western crime drama became a hit for Paramount+ in late 2024, Landman season 2 finally returns on Sunday, November 16 in a remarkably speedy turnaround for the streaming era.

 

 

A new report reveals Taylor Sheridan’s TV shows generated at least nine-figures for Paramount as the prolific creator prepares to exit the studio. Sheridan is gearing up to leave Paramount once his movie and TV deals expire at the end of 2028, having already signed a lucrative deal with NBCUniversal. His TV deal with them begins in January 2029.

Now, a report from TheWrap reveals that, since 2021, when he began producing Paramount+ originals for the studio, Sheridan’s shows have made Paramount over $800 million. This comes from streaming revenue based on subscriber numbers and engagement on the platform. His most lucrative shows have been Mayor of Kingstown and Tulsa King, drawing in $147.8 million and $146.3 million respectively.
