Next week on Coronation Street, Carl’s enemies start to lose patience over the sly way he’s escaped punishment for his many wrongdoings. Will Tyrone finally uncover the truth by turning violent?
Elsewhere, Ben suffers a dramatic health scare, Megan’s dark secrets are under threat, and there’s a make-or-break moment for Lisa and Carla.

While home alone, Kevin stares sadly at an old photo of him and Debbie.
As the stresses and heartbreaks of recent months finally catch up with him, Kevin trashes the living room. Tyrone walks in and is horrified to see his best friend in such a state – especially when Kevin openly admits that he’s at the end of his tether.
When Carl comes out of the bathroom at the Street Cars flat, he’s alarmed to find a furious Tyrone waiting for him.
Tyrone goes on the attack with his crutch, using it to pin Carl against the wall. He orders Carl to tell the truth about the hit-and-run once and for all.
Leanne takes on board an idea from Eva and informs Maggie that she’d like to buy her share of the pub.
Eva feigns shock, not wanting Maggie to realise that she’d had any involvement in this proposal. But Maggie can’t be fooled so easily and accuses Eva of plotting with Leanne in a bid to get rid of her.
Maggie entertains Leanne’s suggestion but turns down the offer of £160,000 for her share of the business. As Maggie continues to give Eva a hard time, things get even worse when Leanne’s bag wraps around a bar stool and causes Maggie to fall.
Amid the simmering tensions, Ben starts to experience chest pains. He eventually lets everyone know that he’s experiencing heart palpitations, so a terrified Eva calls an ambulance.
Megan continues to spin a web of lies, telling Will that she’ll be going away for a while. This sets Will’s mind whirring, as he wonders whether Megan is unwell.
Later in the week, Will accompanies Megan to A&E when she feels ill – just as Ben arrives at the hospital to seek treatment for his heart pains. Are Will and Megan about to be spotted together?
Following his hospital trip, Ben’s fuming when Maggie and Eva continue to bicker – this time over the contents of his breakfast.
When Maggie and Eva realise their behaviour is taking its toll on Ben’s health, they agree that it’s time to call a truce – for real this time. Let’s see how long it lasts…
Will tells Megan that he still can’t bear seeing her and Daniel together, despite her previous protests about how the relationship is necessary as a cover.
When Will urges Megan to dump Daniel, she promises to do what she can.
Daniel has dinner with Megan at the Bistro and admits that he may have come on too strong recently, although he adds that he can’t help how he feels about her.
Daniel also suggests that Megan should consider reporting Will to the school headteacher for harassing her, as the teen has caused so much trouble recently. Clearly uncomfortable, Megan tries to change the subject.
Will crosses paths with another runner called Lee, who reminds him that they used to compete against each other in Hull. Lee also seems to share a connection with Megan, as he makes a secret call to her.
Megan asks Lee to meet her in the ginnel, but what will she tell him? Is he another one of her victims?
Jodie and Shona get some alone time at the Platt house while David visits Harper in hospital.
Jodie takes this opportunity to confront Shona over their past, questioning why she abandoned her with their awful parents. She makes out that her sister never cared about her, but how will Shona respond to this interpretation of events?
Whatever happens, it’s clearly not enough to pacify Jodie as she later tries to turn impressionable Lily against Shona.
While Shona and Jodie are at the café together, Kit walks in. This causes Jodie to panic as she remembers him from the Corriedale crash and rushes out. Shona’s left curious over how Jodie knows Kit.
Before long, Kit explains to Shona that he found Jodie in the woods on the night of the road disaster. He explains that her wrists were tied together and she seemed to be running away from someone in terror. Shona’s gobsmacked to hear the extent of her sister’s ordeal.
Jodie attends a domestic violence support group and listens to a woman called Ellie, who explains how she was abused by her partner.
Later, Bethany warns Shona and David that Jodie is having a meltdown at the Platt house. As Shona pushes for answers, Jodie starts to explain…
Shona remains concerned over Jodie’s behaviour and confides in David about a potential next step.
She considers tracking down their father, who could reveal what really happened with Jodie.
