14 HUGE Home and Away Spoilers — What’s Coming 29 Sept–3 Oct (Summer Bay Shockers!)
Next week on Home and Away, Summer Bay braces for a week filled with emotional farewells, shocking exits, and dramatic twists that will change everything. At the heart of the drama is Irene’s departure, which arrives sooner than expected. With little time to prepare, her friends rally to give her the perfect send-off. John, devastated at the thought of losing his closest confidante, struggles with his emotions but, encouraged by Dana, begins crafting a heartfelt speech. Meanwhile, Harper and Dana suddenly face the prospect of finding a new home, with Harper eventually moving in with Tane. Though the arrangement offers a temporary solution, doubts begin to creep in as Harper questions whether it’s truly the right choice.
Elsewhere, Remy’s downward spiral continues to alarm those around him. After being caught drunk driving by Cash, he has his license suspended for three months. Eden picks him up from the police station only to find him ordering more alcohol after she poured away his stash. Unable to watch him self-destruct any further, she decides to stop enabling him and focuses instead on wedding preparations with Cash. Brie later scolds Remy for his reckless behavior, and in frustration, he packs his bags and leaves Summer Bay, retreating to his parents’ home with no clear plan of return. Eden eventually admits she has reached her limit—when Remy comes back, she intends to cut ties once and for all.

Irene’s farewell party becomes the centerpiece of the week. While the Bay gathers to celebrate her, John isolates himself at the diner, overwhelmed by sadness. Persuaded by Justin, he finally arrives and delivers a moving tribute that leaves the room in tears. As the night unfolds, Justin and Theo perform a duet, laughter fills the air, and Irene surprises John with tickets to meet her in Paris, reminding him that this isn’t truly goodbye. The evening is bittersweet, culminating with Irene’s final moments in the Bay. Driven to the airport by Sunny, she leaves behind letters of love and encouragement, urging her friends to be brave, take risks, and cherish one another. It is the end of an era for Summer Bay.

Meanwhile, other residents face their own challenges. Molly and Abigail try to lift Mac and Levi’s spirits during their IVF journey with a thoughtful beach picnic. Adrienne, who had promised Cohen a meeting with extended family, abruptly changes his mind, forcing Roo into the painful position of breaking the news. Determined to help Cohen, Roo seeks Adrienne’s whereabouts from David, who eventually relents and provides the address. At the same time, David struggles to reconnect with his daughter Lacy. Though she initially refuses to move into Irene’s old house with him and Jo, she later agrees to look around the home, giving David hope of a reconciliation.

The week from September 29 to October 3 delivers some of the most powerful and emotional episodes yet. With Irene’s heartfelt exit, Remy’s uncertain future, and families facing both fractures and reunions, Summer Bay is once again left transformed.
