Next week on EastEnders, Peter plans a surprise wedding for Lauren, but the dramatic day escalates even further when her dad Max makes a shocking return to Walford. How will the likes of Stacey, Zoe, Oscar and Cindy react to his comeback?
Elsewhere, Stacey puts in place plans to move to Brazil amid the chaos, and Ravi and Okie’s illegal operation takes another dangerous turn.

Peter gets ready to throw a surprise wedding for Lauren and gets his family involved in the preparations. But when he tries to send his fiancé away for a spa day, she refuses and insists that she needs to work.
Penny intervenes, as she doesn’t know about Peter’s secret plans, and the sisters later go out for drinks together. But Penny makes some comments that make Lauren start to doubt her relationship…
Despite Stacey’s attempts to convince her daughter to move to Brazil with her, Lily makes it clear that she and Charli will be staying in Walford. Jean and Zoe both try to stop Stacey from moving away, but Eve thinks it’s a good idea.

As Stacey shows up for her leaving drinks in The Albert, she reveals that she’s decided to stay in Albert Square after all. While she puts on a brave face about her choice, Lily feels her mum isn’t doing the right thing.
With the most recent drugs run causing repercussions for another gang, Okie and Ravi are worried that Kojo’s flat is now at risk. Harry later spots a gang watching the property, but he turns a blind eye, in the hope that the flat getting raided will stop Ravi and Okie from using it.
Kojo returns home and, with Harry distracted by Gina, he discovers that Okie has been attacked. Harry helps out his dodgy colleague, but Gina isn’t happy that her boyfriend is a no-show before Lauren and Peter’s wedding.
Lauren and Penny head to The Vic to meet Peter for a drink, but they discover that the pub has been transformed into a wedding venue and Peter asks Lauren to marry her. Lauren is shocked to learn about Peter’s plans, before reluctantly agreeing and heading to No.25 to get ready.
Penny notices that Lauren is overwhelmed, and while she initially insists she’s fine, Lauren attempts to run away. As their friends and family gather in The Vic, will Lauren go through with marrying Peter?
Harry reaches out to his mum and asks her to help him get out of his never-ending debt to Ravi. Nicola confronts Ravi and threatens to call his bosses if he continues to manipulate her son. However, Ravi later tells Okie that Kojo and his flat are still crucial to their operation.
Oblivious to this, Harry manages to make up with Gina, and the pair book a last-minute weekend away as their relationship gets more serious. But will Gina find out what Harry is involved in?
Newcomer Jasmine has quickly made her mark working behind the bar at The Albert. But as the Slaters descend on the venue for Stacey’s leaving drinks, she demands that the family pay for their drinks upfront. As she faces the wrath of the Slaters, will Jasmine live to regret this?
Max makes a dramatic return to Walford when he arrives at Lauren and Peter’s wedding celebrations. As he turns his attention to the couple, the community reels from his surprise appearance – and both Stacey and Zoe are left stunned. When Kat spots Zoe talking to Max, she warns her daughter off him. But Max’s focus is on Stacey, and he follows her back to No.41.
Later, Oscar tries to get his dad’s attention, but Max is distracted by Zoe. Max then has a huge argument with Lauren, who orders him to leave Walford. Will his trip to the Square be a short one?
